Sign Depot welcomes trading with all nationalities for printing in Perth.
Quotations Quotations given on accuracy of specifications provided.
In the case of materials in the quote given by SIGN DEPOT does not conform to the job quoted because of changes, added charges may apply.
Any exra work instructed by the client that is NOT written on the quote will be charged to the client. Any extra materials that are NOT on the quote,will be charged.
There will be no penalty for delay of jobs within reasonable time limits & complications with the job. SIGN DEPOT will do our utmost best to meet your deadline.
Ownership of designs produced by SIGN DEPOT
All goods / graphic design work & proofs submitted to a client will remain the property of SIGN DEPOT until such time that ALL associated costs are paid in full.
All design work createdby SIGN DEPOT inclusive of design, layout & reproduction / redesign / clean up of logos remain the property of SIGN DEPOT Until all associated costs for bringing images to printing quality are totally covered and paid in full, to the satisfaction of SIGN DEPOT, for the created designs to be released for full ownership for use of the created design by SIGN DEPOT to the client.
Any attempt to re-produce designs created by SIGN DEPOT is an infringment of the copyright law.
SIGN DEPOT does not register for copyright control of the design work created for your logo & new image for your business.
SIGN DEPOT is very pleased to provide & create design for your business.
SIGN DEPOT does not use your logo for reproductions or publishing.
SIGN DEPOT will put in writing the handing over of copyright for designs created for your business, with the condition that the amount of work put into the creation done for the client has been PAID IN FULL.
